Social Network Analysis -- It's about "Who Knows Who" Andy Halliday [Presentation] Applications like Spoke, Interface and Visible Path are used to capture and harness hidden relationship capital within corporate networks, connecting people to opportunities through relationships. Andy Halliday, vice president of Spoke Software will discuss how these tools are used to mine relationship capital to improve knowledge sharing, workgroup planning, and communities of practice. 3. Expertise Locator Systems -- It's about "Who Knows What" David Gilmour [Presentation] Enterprises such as Intel and Chevron Texaco use expertise locator systems (ELS) to ensure that workers across the globe get questions answered by the right expert in a timely way. Anita Lo, the personal productivity manager who led the implementation and now administers Intel's ELS will address how connecting workers and capturing the informal knowledge they share accelerates enterprise wide learning and innovation. 4.
